Procedure
- Disconnect fuel line from the pump outlet side and connect pump inlet side to a fuel supply.
- Connect +12 volts DC to the pump WHITE wire and -12 volts DC to the pump BLOCK wire.
- The pump should operate and pump fuel. Replace pump if defective.
