Generac — Check Engine Oil

Applies to: Generac V-type engine

Procedure

  1. Remove oil dipstick and wipe dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
  2. Install oil dipstick, then remove again.
  3. Oil should be between FULL and ADD marks.
  4. If oil level is below the ADD mark, remove oil fill cap and add recommended oil to FULL mark.

Specs & values

  • DO NOT fill above the FULL mark
