Procedure

1. Disable the unit from
2. Check the engine oil level.
3. Check the engine coolant
4. Check the engine coolant
5. Check the natural gas
6. Check the air inlets and
7. Check the battery
8. Check the battery posts,
9. Check the unit wiring for
10. Check the engine
11. Visually inspect the unit
12. Test the engine and
13. Initiate an automatic start
14. Start and exercise the unit
15. Change the engine oil.
16. Replace the engine oil
17. Replace the engine air
18. Check the engine spark
19. Perform a 5 minute no-load
20. Return the unit to standby
21. 15 amp fuse blown.
22. Replace fuse.
23. 7.5 amp fuse blown.
24. Replace fuse.
25. Loose or corroded or defective
26. Tighten, clean or replace
27. Defective starter contactor.
28. Replace contactor.
29. Defective starter motor.
30. Replace starter motor.
31. Dead or Defective Battery.
32. Remove, change or replace battery.
33. Out of fuel.
34. Replenish fuel.
35. Fuel solenoid (FS) is defective
36. Replace solenoid.
37. Open Wire #14 from Engine Control
38. Reconnect wire.
39. Spark plugs defective.
40. Clean, regap or replace plugs.
41. Flame arrestor (air cleaner) plugged or
42. Clean or replace as needed.
43. Plugged fuel line.
44. Unclog fuel line.
45. Defective spark plugs.
46. Clean, regap or replace plugs.
47. Engine oil level is low.
48. Check oil and add oil as needed.
49. Engine is overheated.
50. Check cooling system for leaks.
51. Defective Low Oil Pressure Switch
52. Replace switch.
53. Defective Coolant Temperature Switch
54. Replace switch.
55. Defective Control Module circuit board.
56. Replace board.
57. Coolant Level is Low.
58. Repair leak - Add coolant.
59. Defective Low Coolant Level Switch
60. Replace Switch.
61. Defective AUTO/OFF/MANUAL switch
62. Replace switch.
63. Open/disconnected wire #15A between
64. Reconnect/close wire.
65. Defective Control Module circuit board
66. Replace board.
67. Check main line circuit breaker.
68. Reset to ON or CLOSED.
69. Check circuit breaker & fuses.
70. Reset and replace, if necessary.
71. Transfer switch set to NORMAL position
72. Set to GENERATOR position.
73. Generator internal failure.
74. Contact a dealer facility.
75. Thermal circuit breaker open.
76. Auto-reset - Wait five min. and
