Procedure
- Plug a test lamp into the receptacle.
- Start the generator; test lamp should be on.
- Press the Test button on the front of the receptacle.
- Lamp should shut off and yellow trip indicator should be on.
- Press the Reset button to restore flow of electricity.
- If GFCI does not perform in this manner, do not use the receptacle.
