Before you start
- Never start or stop engine with electrical devices plugged in and turned on.
Procedure
- Unplug all electrical loads; make sure unit is level.
- Open fuel shut-off valve.
- Set Idle Control switch to OFF.
- Move choke knob to Full Choke.
- Press and hold Start/Run/Stop switch in Start; release to Run when engine starts.
- Move choke to 1/2 Choke until smooth, then Run.
