Before you start
- Do not tighten plug excessively or filter head may be cracked.
Procedure
- Remove 1/2 inch pipe plug and install a calibrated 100 psi test gauge at the test point.
- Remove secondary filter discharge pipe and install a 3/4 inch pipe plug in opening.
- Start booster pump and observe test pressure gauge.
- To correct valve setting, remove valve cap and loosen adjustment locknut.
- Adjust valve as needed according to DATA specifications.
Tools required
- Calibrated 100 psi test gauge
- 3/4 inch pipe plug
- 1/2 inch pipe plug
