Procedure

  1. With generator set running at no load, turn poten-
  2. Turn R27 clockwise slowly until voltage first sta-
  3. Remove voltage regulator from unit according to
  4. Referring to Figure 5 and Table 1, connect test
  5. Open switch in 120 VAC supply to VARIAC.
  6. Plug VARiAC into 120 VAC source.
  7. Proceed with checkout according to steps in

  • big 100 ohm 400 watt resistor (Rl) serves as the field
