Procedure

  1. 1.
  2. Lightly lubricate the o-rings prior to installing the water
  3. outlet tube.
  4. 12.42 x 1.8 #W704593-S100
  5. O-RINGS
  6. 05-12
  7. WSG-1068 COOLING SYSTEM
  8. Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) Sensor
  9. - Replacement
  10. 1.
  11. Remove the upper and lower intake manifold together.
  12. For additional information, refer to Section 01.
  13. 2.
  14. Remove the cylinder head temperature (CHT) sensor.
  15. 1.
  16. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  17. 2.
  18. Remove the CHT sensor.
  19. 3.
  20. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  21. CAUTION: Do not over torque. May damage
  22. sensor.
