Procedure

1. 1.
2. Install the (B) water thermostat and use a new (A) O-
3. ring seal to position the (B) water thermostat in the
4. (C) upper intake manifold (9424).
5. 2.
6. Install the water outlet connection.
7. 1. Position the (A) water outlet connection on the
8. (B) upper intake manifold.
9. 2. Install the bolts.
10. 3.
11. Connect the upper radiator hose.
12. 4.
13. Fill the cooling system. For additional information,
14. refer to Cooling System Draining, Filling and Flushing
15. in this section.
