Procedure

  1. 1. Inspect all wires for breaks, loose connections,
  2. 2. Remove wires from terminals at each end and
  3. 3. Using an ohmmeter, check each wire against
  4. 4. Reconnect or replace wires according to
  5. 1. Stop engine.
  6. 2. Disconnect and if necessary, label the following
  7. 3. Remove four screws at corners.
  8. 4. Remove used PC board.
  9. 5. Install new PC board; secure with four screws.
  10. 6. Reconnect wires removed in step 2 at the proper
  11. 7. Place jumper W10 at proper terminals for your

Specs & torque values

  • using an ohmmeter, check each wire end to end
  • Use the following procedure for replacing the voltage
