Procedure
- Clean and inspect the mating surfaces.
- Position the oil pump and loosely install the bolts. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.
- Install the oil pan; refer to Oil Pan.
- Install the timing chain (6268); refer to Timing Drive Components.
- Connect the battery ground cable.
