Procedure

1. Inspect impeller and replace if cracked or worn
2. Slide same thickness of impeller adjusting shims (49) as previously removed onto shaft
3. Screw impeller on until tight
4. Measure clearance between impeller and seal plate
5. Add or remove shims until 0.020 to 0.040 inch clearance achieved
