Ford IC-200 — Rotation Gear Box Adjustment

Applies to: Ford CSG-649 engine
Procedure
- Loosen gear box mounting bolts and side bolts
- Tighten the two rear setscrews until proper adjustment is obtained
- Tighten the mounting bolts and the side bolts
- Lock setscrews and bolts into position
Specs & values
- Proper adjustment is .010 inch backlash between pinion and bull gear teeth
