Before you start

  • CAUTION: Mating parts must make contact
  • NOTE: Sealant must be removed and area cleaned with
  • CAUTION: Do not rotate the water pump

Procedure

  1. Lubricate the new O-ring seal using Premium
  2. Position the water pump into the cylinder block.
  3. Install the water pump retaining bolts.

Specs & torque values

  • 12 Nm
  • 90 Nm
  • 20 Nm
  • 2 Nm
  • 53 Nm
