Procedure

  1. Inspect check valve components and replace as required
  2. Subassemble check valve weights (40, 41) and gasket (39) with hardware (37, 38)
  3. Install check valve assembly in valve seat (30)
  4. Replace seat gasket (42) and secure to suction port with machine screws (35)
  5. Replace suction flange gasket (31) and secure flange (34) with nuts (33)
  6. Check valve operation for proper seating and free movement
