Before you start
- Hot engine parts and coolant will cause severe burns.
Procedure
- Disconnect coolant return hose at radiator and drain.
- Remove radiator cap.
- Swing engine pivot plate away.
- Open petcock on radiator and drain coolant.
- Close petcock, connect return hose.
- Open engine block petcock and drain. Close.
- Replace coolant hoses and clamps.
- Fill radiator with proper coolant mixture.
