Procedure

  1. Bleed the system by cycling the telescope cylinder at least three times.
  2. Testboom operation and adjust the wire rope if necessary (see Boom Wire Rope). lever several times to dissipate residual pressure. If the cylinder subsequently begins to move, the valve is faulty and the cartridge should be replaced.
