Ford — Service procedure

Before you start

  • Mating parts must make contact
  • Unless otherwise instructed, at
  • These bolts must be replaced

Procedure

  1. Use silicone gasket and sealant F6AZ-19562-AA
  2. Remove the bolts and remove the engine mounts.
  3. Remove the bolts and nut retaining the oil filter adapter
  4. Remove the bolts and the oil pump (6600).
  5. Remove the twelve bolts and the two lower crankshaft

Specs & torque values

  • 12 Nm
  • 20 Nm
