Before you start
- Only carry out maintenance with engine stopped.
Procedure
- Lead oil drain hose through sound cover or open oil drain screw.
- Drain oil; use hand pump if necessary.
- Close oil drain screw.
- Loosen oil filter with oil filter strap.
- Coat new oil filter gasket with oil and install filter by hand.
- Open oil filler neck and refill with specified engine oil.
- Wait briefly, then check oil level with dipstick; do not exceed MAX, 2/3 recommended.
