Before you start
- Switch off all load during work.
Procedure
- Disconnect electrical supply line to actuator.
- Loosen max speed lock nut with two 14 mm spanners.
- Connect voltmeter (TRMS, 300 V AC range) to AC outlet between 4 and 1.
- Ensure no electrical load is connected.
- Start generator.
- Increase speed by turning spiral spindle manually until voltmeter shows 260 V.
- Turn limit nut tight to keep speed setting.
- Secure limit nut with lock nut.
- Check voltage limited to max 260 V without load.
- Re-adjust if necessary.
