Before you start
- Avoid prolonged skin contact with used motor oil
Procedure
- Loosen cover screws and remove maintenance cover
- Pop up rubber plug from below yellow draining bolt
- Remove drain bolt
- Tilt generator on its side and drain oil completely
- Replace drain bolt
- Fill engine with oil until it reaches the HIGH (H) level, do not overfill
- Reinstall maintenance cover and tighten screws
- Dispose of used oil at an approved facility
Specs & values
- Change every 100 hours (25 hours for a new engine)
