Procedure
- On removal from storage test the DEF quality in the tank with a refractometer; the DEF must meet ISO 22241-1.
- If necessary, drain the tank and fill with DEF that meets ISO 22241-1.
- Replace the DEF filter.
- Ensure that all engine coolant and engine oil have the correct specification and grade and are at the correct level.
