Before you start
- Do not apply engine oils with additives or 2-stroke gasoline engine oils
- DO NOT overfill the crankcase
Procedure
- Make sure the generator is on a level surface
- Remove the oil fill cover
- Unscrew the oil filler/dipstick cap from the engine
- Using a funnel, add the appropriate amount of oil into the crankcase until oil level reaches the lower lip of the opening
- Replace the oil filler cap
