Procedure

  1. Disassemble turbocharger from engine; plug oil ports.
  2. Measure rotor axial clearance (0.2 mm).
  3. Measure rotor radial clearance (0.65 mm).
  4. If beyond wear limit, replace or repair turbocharger.
