Procedure
- Disassemble oil pump cover and gears.
- Measure axial end play of oil pump gear.
- Measure backlash between drive and driven gear.
- Measure drive shaft outside diameter.
- Measure bushing inside diameter and clearance.
- Replace parts if beyond limits.
