Before you start
- Change oil when warm; risk of scalding
- Do not overfill above max mark
Procedure
- Take out the oil level gauge.
- While oil is hot, turn valve and move oil drain pump lever to discharge oil.
- Refill new engine oil at filler neck on cylinder head cover.
- Run engine at idle a few minutes to circulate oil.
- Shut down, wait about 10 minutes, measure oil and top up if necessary.
