Before you start
- Avoid abrupt start and stop
- Do not run high speed with no load
Procedure
- Fill new engine oil through oil filler cap.
- Connect water hoses and fill cooling water.
- Run engine at fast idling until normal operating temperature.
- Avoid overload or continuous high speed operation.
- Keep engine speed under 70% of maximum for first 50 hours.
- Check oil level frequently and maintain between min and max marks.

- Initial oil level about 10 mm above max line when engine mounted
- First oil change after 50 hr operation
