Procedure
- Renew every 1,200 running hours or earlier if power output falls off.
- Screw off expendable cartridge with care as fuel will run out; clean seat if necessary.
- Slightly oil rubber seal and screw new cartridge in place until seal is squarely seated.
- Give assembly a final half turn.
- Air-vent filter as described in air-venting procedure.
- After restarting engine, check filter assembly is tight.
