Before you start

  • Flywheel has been removed before starting this procedure.

Procedure

  1. Press angle hook into shaft seal.
  2. Lever shaft seal out of cover using puller.
  3. Oil sealing lip. Fit shaft seal using press-in device.

Tools required

  • Puller for shaft seals, Part No. 142700
  • Assembly tool front, Part No. 142850
  • Assembly tool front, Part No. 142050
  • Assembly tool rear, Part No. 142860
