Procedure
- Remove the seal from the high idle adjustment screw and loosen the locknut.
- Turn the screw out (counterclockwise) to reduce high idle.
- Turn the screw in (clockwise) (1/2 turn maximum from factory setting) to increase high idle.
- Tighten the locknut when the specified high idle speed is reached, then reseal.
