Procedure

  1. Direct air pressure from Drive Hub reservoir through governor into cavity below unloading pistons in compressor cylinder block
  2. Air pressure lifts unloading pistons which in turn lifts inlet valves off their seats
  3. With inlet valves held off seats, air during each upstroke of piston is passed back through air inlet cavity to other cylinder where piston is on downstroke
  4. When air pressure in reservoir drops to minimum setting, check pressure relief valve operation
