Denyo — Fuel Filter Cartridge Replacement

For these Denyo models: 30ESX, 40ESX, DCA-30ESX, DCA-30ESX, DCA-40ESX, DCA-40ESX.

Applies to: Denyo DCA-30ESX, Denyo DCA-40ESX

Procedure

1. Remove the cartridge type element (cartridge) using filter wrench
2. Clean the filter base
3. Coat the packing of new cartridge with engine oil thin
4. Mount the cartridge
5. Tighten the cartridge from 1/2 to 3/4 turn by hand after the packing is fitted to the seal of the filter base
6. After the cartridge is replaced, discharge air in the fuel piping
7. Refer to nameplate on machine for method of discharging air
