Denyo — Engine Oil Replacement (50-hour)

For these Denyo models: 30ESX, 40ESX, DCA-30ESX, DCA-30ESX, DCA-40ESX, DCA-40ESX.

Applies to: Denyo DCA-30ESX, Denyo DCA-40ESX

Before you start

  • Perform when engine is warm for complete drainage

Procedure

  1. Remove the engine oil drain plug and discharge oil completely (engine should be warm)
  2. After oil is discharged, tighten the plug firmly
  3. Charge new engine oil from the oil filler until it reaches the notched line of the H on the dipstick
  4. After engine oil is supplied, run the engine for a few minutes
  5. Check that oil is supplied to the level between H and L

Tools required

  • Oil drain plug wrench

  • DCA-30ESX: 10.0L (0.3)
  • DCA-40ESX: 13.2L
