Denyo — Air Cleaner Element Cleaning

For these Denyo models: 30ESX, 40ESX, DCA-30ESX, DCA-30ESX, DCA-40ESX, DCA-40ESX.

Applies to: Denyo DCA-30ESX, Denyo DCA-40ESX

Before you start

  • Replace element if damage is found

Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner element
  2. Clean the element with dry and clean compressed air
  3. While cleaning, check the element for any damage
  4. Replace if necessary
  5. Before installing the air cleaner, wipe off dirt on the element cover
  6. Insert the element completely, pressing equal edge of element

  • Compressed air source
