  3. STEP.1 SUMMARY TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS Guided Step Window Any general conditions that must be met prior to performing the steps display in a pop-up box. Click anywhere onscreen to remove them from the screen and to scroll through the window. Display them again by clicking the Conditions button on the Button bar. If you received satisfactory results from a step, click the OK icon to display the next guided step for troubleshooting this fault. If, after performing a step, the results are not satisfactory, click the Not OK icon. A pop-up window provides summary information about what to do to correct the problem. Once the problem is repaired, click the Repair Complete text in the pop-up window to go to the next guided step.
