Cummins/Onan — Controller A1 Removal/Replacement
For these Cummins/Onan models: HGJAA (Spec A-E), HGJAB (Spec A-E), HGJAC (Spec A-C), HGJAD (Spec A-E), HGJAE (Spec A-E), HGJAF (Spec A-C).

Procedure
- Remove the enclosure.
- Remove the controller bracket.
- Use a small flat-bladed screwdriver to lever out the catch on Connector P1/J1.
- Pull the connector apart.
- Unsnap connector P9 from the back of the switch for access to its terminals.
- Control
- Replace the switch if one of the following is true:
- Disconnect all wiring.
- Check electrical resistance across the terminals of the circuit breaker.
- Replace a circuit breaker that does not:
- Control
- Disconnect the wire from K1 B+ terminal on the battery charge regulator.
- Measure the output from the battery charge windings, B1-B2. The output should be between 15 and
