Procedure

1. Check voltage regulator plugs fully seated
2. Check field sense, quad leads fully seated in connector to control
3. Check AC output
4. Check field voltage
5. Check for broken or loose wires
6. Check proper field resistance reading, open to ground
7. Check proper quadrature resistance reading open to ground and main windings
8. Check start disconnect relay functioning
