Procedure
- Step 01: Check fuel supply, spark plugs
- Step 02: Perform checks in Step 01; check battery, ignition coil, ignition module
- Step 03: Perform checks in Step 01 and 02; check fuel filter, fuel pump, carburetor; perform engine leak down test
