Procedure

1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
2. Identify the electrical wire with a tag indicating location.
3. Remove the battery cable from the solenoid.
4. Remove the starting motor.
5. Install the starting motor in the reverse order of removal; torque 77 N.m [57 ft-lb].
