Before you start
- Park away from flammable debris during this procedure.
Procedure
- Park the vehicle away from grass, brush or debris that could be ignited.
- Remove the 1/8 inch pipe plug from the bottom of the muffler.
- Run the generator set with a full load for five minutes.
- Stop the generator set and allow the muffler to cool.
- Replace the pipe plug in the muffler.
