Procedure

  1. Amperite time delays are non-adjustable; used for delay on generator set starting, preheat of diesel glow plugs and delay on stopping the generator set after retransfer.
  2. To adjust the Agastat delay relay, turn its knob clockwise to increase delay, counterclockwise to decrease the delay.
  3. For synchronous motor-driven time delay, turn the knob in the center of the dial counterclockwise to increase the delay; it can be changed with power on or off.
