Procedure
- Stop engine, release clutch, remove top plate.
- Turn adjusting ring inward until toggles cannot lock over center.
- Loosen adjusting ring a notch or two until toggles lock with firm pull.
- Start engine, work engaging lever back and forth several times.
- Stop engine, tighten adjusting ring two or three notches.
- Ensure toggles lock over center with firm pull.
