Procedure
- Lubricate new O-ring and place on new shaft plug.
- Press plugs into shaft.
- Screw adjusting screws into levers and install nuts.
- Lubricate shaft with engine oil.
- Aline locking hole in shaft with housing.
- Coat rocker lever bushings with engine oil.
- Slide levers on shaft while pushing through housing.
- Install spray nozzle and new oil seal ring; check lever movement.
