Before you start
- Control system will not enter Test - Manual state if engine is not running.
Procedure
- Set Built-in Test toggle parameter to Test - Manual.
- Use Fuel Rack Position Override Command #1 and #2 to command rack position.
- Read Fuel Rack Position #1 and #2 monitor parameters.
