Procedure

1. Check coolant level and record freeze protection: -30.
2. Visual inspection of radiator.
3. Visual inspection of radiator hoses.
4. Check condition of coolant hoses.
5. Check condition of fuel hoses.
6. Check condition of engine belts.
7. Check batteries and quantity: 4 x 8D (Core).
8. Confirm genset has battery charger.
9. Confirm genset has coolant heater.
10. Check engine oil level.
11. Inspect exhaust system for cracks / leaks.
12. Check rain cap for proper operation.
13. Confirm generator end is 12 lead reconnectable.
14. Confirm generator end has PMG permanent magnet generator.
15. Confirm electronic engine.
