Before you start
- The rapid movement of the manual operator handles may cause personal injury.
Procedure
- With the motor disconnect switch in the DOWN, manual position, pull the lower power pole handle up, disconnecting the load from the emergency power source.
- Pull the lower neutral pole handle all the way up, connecting the load neutral to the neutral of the normal power source.
- Push the lower power pole handle up, connecting the load to the normal power source.
- Being sure the transfer switch is in its preferred position, return to automatic operation by moving the motor disconnect switch to the UP position.
