Procedure

1. Verify that fuel is in the gas tank.
2. Turn the fuel selector switch to gasoline operation.
3. Push the battery switch to the ON position.
4. Recoil Start: pull the recoil handle slowly until resistance, then pull rapidly.
5. Remote Start: push and hold the ON button on the remote key fob for one second.
6. Push-Button Start: push and hold the engine start button for two seconds.
