Procedure
- Clean mounting recess.
- Install new heat shield gasket in cylinder head recess.
- Install nozzle gasket and adapter.
- Insert nozzle assembly carefully.
- Install flange and cap screws; tighten alternately to 20-21 ft-lb.
Specs & values
- 20-21 ft-lb (27-28 Nm)
