Procedure
- Check the COM port setting in the User Options dialog box to make sure it is correct.
- Check the cable connections to make sure all cables are securely in place.
- Make sure the ECM is powered ON.
- Try the function again.
- If the problem persists, exit INSITE QST30 G-Drive and contact your system administrator.
