Before you start
- Be sure to catch the ten flyballs that will fall out when cup removed
Procedure
- Remove snap ring from camshaft center pin; slide cup off; catch ten flyballs.
- Replace flyballs with flat spots or grooves; replace grooved cup.
- Check center pin extends 25/32 in from camshaft gear.
- Install: tip unit upward, set flyballs, position cup, install snap ring.
